Part X, Line 2:	The Association is exempt from the payment of both federal and state income taxes under the provisions of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. The Association had no non-exempt taxable income in either fiscal 2014 or 2013, and, accordingly, accrued no income taxes. The Association follows the provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topic ASC 740-10 and as of June 30, 2014 and 2013, the unrecognized tax benefit accrual was zero. The Association will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax provisions in income tax expense if incurred.
