Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Yes, we have 1742 members and an 11 member volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting each January. Our membership is exclusive to Postal Employees and their extended family members in our area.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The election of the board is done by the members at the Annual Meeting in January of each year. Members are part of the decision making through their elected and volunteer Board Members. Credit Union members accept the minutes at the Annual Meeting and bring up new business and nominate and elect the volunteer Board of Directors who set loan rates and interest rates and other CU business at recorded monthly meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	It is up to the Credit Union Members to nominate and elect the volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors and the Credit Union Employees are always open to all member suggestions in an effort to improve our service to them since that is our main purpose.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	At the next Board Meeting a copy of the filed 990 will be presented to the Board of Directors on May 19, 2015.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The information in the 990 is available upon requests made to an Employee or Board Member. Financials are always disclosed at the Annual Meeting for the previous 3 years. Copies of other forms, including the 990 are always provided upon request.
