Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The monthly financial statements and the annual audited financial statements are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and documented in the minutes of meetings. Therefore, the Form 990 is indirectly approved before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Asset Liability Committee recommends the annual budget which includes a salary increase by percentage to the Board for approval each year; performance evaluations by management determine alloted percentage to staff. The Chairman appoints a Compensation Committee for the purpose of review of industry compensation data and to recommend any increase for the CEO. The committee last met in 2012.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Financial statements are posted in offices of the credit union following board approval each month. Policies and governing documents would be made available upon request when appropriate.
