	Our snowmoblie club maintains and grooms over 100 miles of snowmobile & ATV trails opened to the public, which are used by over 7800 registered snowmobiles & ATV's in Marathon County, WI as well as all of its visitors. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	We have single and family memberships. Every person/family that joins our snowmobile club completes a membership form and pays an annual membership fee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Election of club officers are elected annually at the annual meeting
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	club meetings are held monthly. These meetings are attended by the club members. All new and old business is talked about and vted on by these members attending the mnthly meetings
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	After the 990 form has been verified a printout is given to the Board of Directors for review. The 990 form is available at the following monthly club meeting for members to review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The viewing of all Trailmates by-laws and financial statements are available by request. The request is forwarded to any of the club officers or board members. An appointment is made at the club shed with the treasurer and president being present to answer any questions.
