BECAUSE ELDERS ARE VITAL TO OUR COMMUNITIES, WE PROVIDE SERVICES TO HELP THEM CONTINUE LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST, GIVING US ALL THE BENEFIT OF THEIR WISDOM AND EXPERIENCE. WE OFFER A FULL SPECTRUM OF SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS AND SERVE MORE THAN 15,000 PEOPLE EACH YEAR IN COMMUNITIES IN MINNESOTA AND COLORADO. OUR HEALTH CARE FACILITIES PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL CARE, LONG-TERM CARE, DEMENTIA CARE, AND REHABILITATION SERVICES TO MORE THAN 4,000 PEOPLE EACH YEAR.
