THE COST OF THE CHARTER FLIGHT WAS LESS THAN PURCHASING INDIVIDUAL TICKETS FOR EACH TRAVELER. TRAVEL FOR COMPANIONS: FAMILY MEMBER OF ONE OFFICER AND AN EMPLOYEE OF THE HOSPITAL, TRAVELS ON HOSPITAL BUSINESS AS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION. TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE REIMBURSED UNDER AN ACCOUNTABLE PLAN AND NOT RECORDED AS COMPENSATION. TAX INDEMNICATIONS AND GROSS UP PAYMENTS: THREE OFFICERS/HIGHEST COMPENSATED WERE REIMBURSED GROSS UP DEPENDENT TUITION WHICH IS INCLUDED AS COMPENSATION TO THE OFFICER/HIGHEST COMPENSATED.
