	The Organization has provided grants or low interest loans to assist with economic development in the community. During FY2014, the Organization provided zero interest loans to the LaMoure American Legion. Helped LaMoure Housing with the shared Pace loan, interest loan for construction of an apartment complex. The Organization also did a share purchase of a fire truck with the LaMoure Fire Department with the organization providing financial assistance for interest payments. The Organization also continued the zero interest loans to Memorial Park Country Club, LaMoure Fitness Center, and Happy Seniors Club. This is to improve the quality of life and business in LaMoure.

Any legally competent person of good reputation who resides in the City of LaMoure, North Dakota, or in the surrounding trade area who applies for membership and pays the required membership fee shall be eligible. The membership fee is a one-time only payment.
