Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	TMGMA contracts with Association Matters, LLC to provide Execute Director and Adminstrative services. The contact is approved on an annual basis by the governing board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The organization is a non-profit corporation with members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The 412 regular voting members are presented with a slate of officers each fall for election. Each voting member has one vote. The slate of officers makes up the governing body.
