EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT - Sarah A. Reed Childrens Center is approved by the PA Department of Education to be a provider of Alternative Education services. We operate two programs at different locations. In addition, the Center provides support to a variety of high schools in Erie County with an in school Refocus Room. This service enables students who are struggling for any number of reasons to leave the assigned classroom and report to the Refocus Room for support in catching up on academics, managing stressful situations or emotional events. After getting back on track, the student returns to his or her assigned classroom.
