MCF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY FUNDS:IN FISCAL YEAR 2014, MARIN COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (MCF) PAID $33 MILLION IN GRANTS FROM ITS FAMILY AND COMMUNITY FUNDS TO NONPROFITS IN MARIN COUNTY, ELSEWHERE IN THE U.S., AND AROUND THE WORLD. THESE GRANTS SUPPORTED A WIDE RANGE OF COMMUNITY NEEDS, INCLUDING SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, THE ARTS, AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES.SEE SCHEDULE OMARIN COMMUNITY FOUNDATION:MCF SUPPORTED THE PHILANTHROPIC INVOLVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, GROUPS, BUSINESSES, AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF UNRESTRICTED, DONOR-ADVISED, FIELD-OF-INTEREST, DESIGNATED BENEFICIARY, AND SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS.
