Form 990, Part III, Line 3	The organization combined with Ohio Florists Association. Dues were paid by members for the entire fiscal year to ANLA and services provided. Assets were not completely distributed because members had been advised to send fees for the fiscal year to the ANLA lockbox. In addition, a grant with USDA/APHIS to several months to move to the new organization; reaching well into the 2014/15 fiscal year.
