	TOURISM: Promoting Tourism Assets. The Chmaber believes that tourism is an important part of our economy and economic development in Caldwell county. The Cultural history of our area the natural resources of the region the broad base of visual and performing arts are all key components of the areas potential. The Chamber programs will support private and governmental efforts to enhance and market the areas unrealized tourism potential.

	Education & Workforce Development: Reality Store is a partnership with education providers to help students learn life lessons about enteprenueral skills and how education or lack of will affect your life. An off shoot of this is the Youth Leadership Academy to help students grow into future leaders. Most of the programsare aimed at students grades 8-10. Some are day longm, some last the entire school year teaching a better understanding of what businesss involoves.
