	Recreational Tennis and Community Development - We provide funding for recreational programs that involve local youth leagues and school programs throughout Florida. This involves training coaches and teachers to run the programs. Community development efforts include grants to support all types of tennis activities, attracting a diverse population to tennis, and public tennis grants for programs and facilities.

This support includes training, hosting committee meetings, and general support. This is performed on an annual basis and consists of comparing the pay scale used by the Organization to the pay scales used by other Florida associations, Southeastern U.S. associations, and not-for-profit businesses, as well as local pay scales. The pay scale recommended by the compensation consultant are then presented to the members of the Volunteer Budget and Finance Committee for approval. Following approval by the Volunteer Budget and Finance Committee, the approval of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors must also be obtained.
