Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	Central City Housing Corporation has an agreement with National Management Corporation (NMC) to handle the management responsibilities. Under the terms of this agreement, NMC receives a monthly management fee equal to $44 per occupied unit for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013. The management fee for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013 was $12,628 and $12,188, respectively. The Organization paid NMC $2,016 and $1,296 for maintenance management for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. In addition, the Organization paid NMC $3,203 and $2,054 for other administrative expenses during the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
