1	IPOP Foundation Kick App business plan competition for high school students at Alta High School in which the students are taught to write a business plan and pitch their business ideas to a panel of investor judges in a shark tank like assembly at the high schools in order to win college scholarships. Approximately 800 students participated in the assembly and around 400 students submitted business ideas and prepared pitches. Of those plans submitted the top 10 were able to go on stage and present to the investors.	27,995
2	In collaboration with Roots Tech (operated by the LDS Church) we held an entrepreneurial challenge known as the Innovator Challenge Showdown to encourage entrepreneurs to launch businesses that are centered around families and building connections between families and their ancestors. This culminated in the shark tank like event held at the conference before a large audience where winners were chosen and received awards to help grow their businesses.	7,500
3	In collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (national program) in conjunction with the local Chamber of Commerce we offered training of kids ages 12-18 on how to create a business, teaching them everything from how to write a business plan, to the financial model of the business, the sales training etc and then the kids end up pitching their business idea to a panel of judges (which I was on as well) in order to receive financial awards to help them launch their business.	5,000
