The employees that decided to stay employed, were paid out for that benefit based upon the age and years with the Association. This caused more employees to go over $100,000 in reportable compensation than in prior years. Schedule J, Part II, (B)(iii), this includes the amount of the employees medical buyout (described above), the taxable portion of group term life insurance premiums over $50,000 and any taxable vehicle compensation. |
