EXEMPT PURPOSE ACHIEVEMENTS: COX-MONETT HOSPITAL EMBRACES A MISSION STATEMENT AND BY-LAWS THAT REFLECT A COMMITMENT TO CHARITABLE PURPOSE AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT. COX-MONETT PROVIDES MANY SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY FREE OF CHARGE OR WITH LITTLE FINANCIAL GAIN. OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR COMMUNITY HEALTHY. THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE MONETT COMMUNITY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2014. ADDITIONALLY, THE SUBSIDIES NOTED BELOW ARE CALCULATED USING INTERNAL COST ACCOUNTING METHODS RATHER THAN THE IRS WORKSHEETS FOR SCHEDULE H.
