Explanation:

The executive director was removed in October 2014 due to failure to provide appropriate financial reports. Upon is his removal we found that financial information had not been entered into the system, nor had taxes been filed. As a result we conducted an in house audit. We found that no finacial information had been entered over the last two years. All information has now been entered. To prevent this issue from occurring again we have hired a bookkeeper to appropriately and in a timely manner enter all information.
