The Club is exempt from Federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for amounts representing unrelated business income, which consists of investment revenue and net earnings from outside outings. As of December 31, 2014, no amounts have been recognized for uncertain income tax positions. The Organization's tax returns for the year 2011 and forward are subject to the usual review by the appropriate taxing authorities.
