What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION AND NON-CREDENTIALING ASSOCIATION WORKING TO PROMOTE NATIONAL AWARENESS AND SUPPORT FOR THE SURGICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSION. THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO GATHER GROUP BENEFITS AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO ITS MEMBERS. THE CORPORATION'S GOAL IS TO OFFER BENEFIT PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF SURGICAL ASSISTANTS' BUSY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIVES.
