	The Social Enterprise Accelerator at Duke (SEAD) is a development lab for scaling innovations in global health. Funded by USAID, the partnership includes CASE at Duke, Innovations in Healthcare, and Investors' Circle. As part of the SEAD initiative, Investors' Circle is working to increase global health deal flow, cultivate a community of investors interested in global health, support the SEAD innovator cohort with capital access assistance, and build the field by sharing emerging trends and best practices in global health investing.

	The Solutions from Our Country's Entrepreneurs (SOURCE) initiative links entrepreneurs and investors focused on social challenges that affect low-wealth Americans and connects entrepreneurs with the investment capital, mentoring, and support needed to grow their businesses. SOURCE is a partnership of The Hitachi Foundation, Village Capital, and Investors' Circle. As part of the SOURCE initiative, Investors' Circle is engaging investors with the SOURCE entrepreneur cohorts and developing local investor networks, as well as assisting with SOURCE cohort selection and SOURCE events. In 2014, IC developed investors in our Philadelphia, North Carolina, New York, and Bay Area local networks, launched local networks in Boulder-Denver and Boston, and engaged with the SOURCE health cohort in Boston, energy cohort in Denver, and agriculture cohort in Louisville, KY.
