Mr. Rodgers, through his company R2 Innovative Technologies, may from time to time provide services to or on behalf of certain women's professional golf tours or associations that are Members of the organization. Those Members may also have a representative Director on the Board of the organization.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 6	All Members have equal voting rights, and are subject to the same rights and obligations, including the right to approve certain significant transactions proposed by the Board of Directors as set forth in the Bylaws; provided that, select original members are designated Founding Members and may not be terminated from membership. The Board is comprised of designated member representatives as described in Part VI, Section A, Line 7a, and is self-perpetuating. No member has a specific right to receive any portion of profits, excess dues or net assets upon liquidation.
