SCHEDULE N ON MAY 7, 2015 THE ORGANIZATION SOLD THE OFFICE BUILDING TO A 3RD PARTY THAT SPECIALIZES IN OPERATING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. AS PART OF THE SALE THE BUYER AND TENANT AGREED TO CONTINUE THE LEASE AND THE TENANT AGREED TO CONTINUE OPERATING A CALL CENTER IN THE BUILDING AND EMPLOYING LOCAL RESIDENTS. THE ORGANIZATION IS USING THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE TO SEEK OUT NEW OPPORTUNITIES TO BRING NEW BUSINESSES AND/OR ENHANCE LOCAL BUSINESS IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE GREATER ORONO REGION.
