Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The Casper Area Economic Development Alliance (CAEDA) has members who, upon payment of a membership fee, are eligible to participate in the election of members to the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The 990 is prepared by CAEDA's auditors. The 990 is kept at the Organization's office. Management presents the 990 to the Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled meeting. The 990 is reviewed and approved by the Board and then the return is signed by the President/CEO.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The President of CAEDA reviews wages and determines an appropriate increase in annual salaries and hourly rates. He brings the proposal to the Board of Directors who discuss the matter and accept, reject, or modify the proposal. A majority vote constitutes approval. The Board performs an evaluation of the CEO's performance and approves compensation accordingly.
