Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association Inc. is a professional organization, which promotes the home building industry and its members by improving building techniques, educating its members and the public. COHBA interacts with local, state and federal governments by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and participating in community activities.

	The Parade of Homes is an annual event for builder members to showcase new homes to the general public. The parade is held for nine days with homes open from 1-7 p.m. Homes are located throughout the metro area. There is no charge to tour any of the homes. Visitors to the parade can pickup a Parade of Homes Plan Book from a local retailer that lists all homes and maps to the homes. Builders pay an entry fee of $1,750 for the first home entered and $1,500 per each additional home to participate. The 2014 Parade of Homes consisted of 104 homes with 66 builders participating.
