THERE IS NO INTEREST PAYABLE ON THE NOTES UNLESS THE FOUNDATION SELLS THE ACADEMIC GUEST HOUSE OR A NOTE IS IN DEFAULT, IN WHICH CASE THE LOANS BECOME IMMEDIATELY REPAYABLE AND INTEREST IS PAYABLE AT 8% ANNUM. DEFAULT INCLUDES INSOLVENCY, FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY AND APPOINTMENT OF A TRUSTEE, CUSTODIAN, RECEIVER OR LIQUIDATOR. THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES ALL ITS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ITS SOLE MEMBER, HOWEVER, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE FOUNDATION FOR UTILITIES CONSUMED.
