Part X : FIN48 Footnote The Club has evaluated its tax positions and concluded that the Club has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustments to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of the accounting guidance for uncertainty in income taxes with the income taxes topic of the FASB accounting standards codification. The Club's income tax returns are subject to review and examination by Federal authorities and are open to examination for the years 2010 and thereafter.
