	The MDLA sponsors and holds an intensive 2-1/2 day trial practice training for new to mid-level lawyers. The training involves actual presentations before senior litigators and judges on all aspects of trial preparation and presentation including, voir dire, opening statements, witness examinations, expert examinations, closing arguments, motions in limine, and post trial motions. The training is designed to provide the attendees with constructive feedback and therefore, the training is usually limited to less than 30 attendees.
