Form 990, Part III, Line 2 The operating of regional bridge tournaments in our District, previously conducted by the Mid-Atlantic Bridge Conference (EIN# 52-1185033), began as of January 1, 2015. The Mid-Atlantic Bridge Conference distributed a significant portion of its assets as well as its primary functions to ACBL District 7 and ACBL District 6.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 Bylaws and Policies and Procedures were amended May 23, 2015 to reflect increased activities assumed from the related Mid-Atlantic Bridge conference.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 10b Makeup of the District and local units is determined by the rules of the National organization, the American Contract Bridge League (EIN# XXX-XX-XXXX).
