SALARY SURVEY ANALYSIS INCLUDED USING PUBLISHED SURVEY DATA, IDENTIFYING COMPARABLE COMPETITIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND PRESENTING THEM WITH A CUSTOM SALARY AND BENEFITS SURVEY TO COMPLETE. ADDITIONALLY, SALARY DATA FROM FORM 990 WAS OBTAINED FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT DID NOT COMPLETE THE CUSTOM SURVEY. THE CONSULTANT PRESENTED THEIR REPORT TO THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE IN EARLY JUNE 2011 AND THEN TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON JUNE 22, 2011, AT WHICH TIME THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CEO, OTHER OFFICERS, AND KEY EMPLOYEE POSITIONS WAS APPROVED. THE APPROVAL PROCESS WAS DOCUMENTED.
