PRIMARY GOAL OF THE TOMS RIVER OCEAN COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS TO FOSTER ECONOMICAL GROWTH AND WELL BEING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMERCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, INDUSTRIAL, CIVIC, CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND GENERAL INTEREST OF THE COMMUNITY.
