Briefly describe the organization’s mission: THE CORPORATION IS TO BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YACHTING AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES AND SUCH OTHER SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS ARE REASONABLY INCIDENTAL THERETO, AND OTHER NON-PROFITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(7) OF THE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954, AS THE SAME MAY BE FROM TIME TO TIME AMENDED. NO PART OF ANY NET EARNINGS OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF ANY MEMBER. 	Youth Swimming and Sailing Program - BLYC enrolled students in the Summer of 2014 from throughout our community to participate in its Youth instructional program. Activities include daily instruction in both sailing and swimming (various levels), and BLYC Competitive swimming and sailing events including those sponsored by LBIYRA, NJYRA and US Sailing, and miscellaneous recreational social youth events incidental thereto. All participants are Special Members of BLYC, also defined as Youth Members and Junior Recreational Members within our Membership Committee Procedures Manual.

	Adult Sailing - BLYC sponsors Adult Sailing Fleets and hosted regular weekly summer races for the fleets (approximately 8-10 weekends throughout the Summer months). Specific volunteer activities included Race Committee, Crash Boating, Registration, Scoring, Food preparation, and even providing weekend housing for major Regattas.

SECTION A QUESTION 2	The club is a close knit community and it is commonplace to have multiple generations of families belong as members.
SECTION B QUESTION 11b	Although a copy of the final Form 990 is not provided to the governing body before it is filed, a formal Treasurer Report is conducted at every Members and Trustees meeting. Copies of the Financials, including income statement, balance sheet and annual budget are handed out to all members in attendance, and available upon request to any member at any time. They are also filed with the minutes. Year-end financial statements are distributed electronically to all Trustees, Officers and Flag Officers. It is these financials that are sent to our external accountants for form 990 completion. The final prepared tax return is filed on record with the Co-Treasurer and is available upon request at any time for review by membership.

SECTION A QUESTION 6	THE ORGANIZATION IS COMPRISED OF VARIOUS GROUPS OF MEMBERS. EACH MEMBER GROUP HAS A CERTAIN SET OF RESPONSIBILITES SET FORTH IN THE ORGANIZATION'S BYLAWS AND PROCEDURAL MATERIALS.
SECTION A QUESTION 7	Trustees, who comprise the governing body, are divided into three classes, each class consists of three Trustees. Each class shall hold office for a period of three years and until their successors shall be elected, with one class to be elected by the voting members at each annual meeting of members.
FORM 990 SCHEDULE G	Social Activities - BLYC sponsored various social fundraising events during the Summer of 2014 including: "2014 Commissioning open to all membership and invited including local Government officials, and other Flag Officers of LBIYRA Yacht Clubs." Approximately 8 Saturday Social dinners organized and staffed by volunteer committees of the membership. These are open to membership and their guests. Participants in the Regattas were also invited to attend. These events charge a per person fee, intended to cover (break-even) all costs of the event. "Approximately 5-6 miscellaneous Ladies Committee events throughout the Summer consisting of Book Reviews, Instructional demonstrations, etc"
