Byron McCain Mr. McCain is paid a monthly base fee with certain incentives through a contractual relationship with his organizational management company as the executive director of the Organization. Mr. McCain also owns 50% of the entity which leasese a commercial building to the Organization. The total amount of rents paid by the Organization to the Lessor in 2014 was $21,875. Mr. McCain was also paid a $750 Christmas bonus in December 2014.
Kim Hudson Ms. Hudson is compensated as the third year instructor in the four year program.
