PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARERS FORWARD THE FORM 990 TO THE CFO. AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURN, THE CFO FORWARDS IT TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR THEIR REVIEW PRIOR TO FILING. ALSO, BOARD MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE FORM 990 AND TO FORWARD THEIR QUESTIONS TO THE CFO. THE CFO OR PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARERS ADDRESS THE QUESTIONS FROM THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE BOARD.
FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C
POH'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY IS WRITTEN IN THE BYLAWS AND THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK. THE BOARD AND THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT REGULARLY MONITOR AND ENFORCE THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY WHEN POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST SITUATIONS ARISE. UNDER THE WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY, CONCERNS CAN BE BROUGHT FORWARD BY ANY PERSON TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR OR MANAGER, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, OR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIR, CO-CHAIR, OR SECRETARY OF THE BOARD. EXTERNALLY, TO THE AUDITORS OR ANY OF THE REGULATING AUTHORITIES. CONFLICTS ARE REVIEWED IN CONNECTION WITH HUMAN RESOURCES, FINANCE, AND THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, IN GENERAL THE CONFLICTS WOULD BE RESOLVED AT THIS LEVEL.
