Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company	Alliance Associates, Inc. has been engaged to perform the duties of the Executive Director of the Organization. Beth Doria, President of Alliance Associates, Inc., performs those functions for a management fee of 77,250 and the Corporation mentioned above engages its own support staff to assist in those functions. A second firm, Frontline Association Management, Inc. was engaged for one year as Administrative Consultants in assisting the Executive Director with various projects and financial controls for a fee of 76,917.
