EACH GRANT IS ASSIGNED TO A PROGRAM MANAGER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE GRANT BUDGET AND ACHIEVING THE GOALS SPECIFIED BY THE GRANT AWARD. WHEN GII MAKES SUBAWARDS TO MEMBER GOODWILLS TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN GRANT FUNDED PROGRAMS, AN AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BETWEEN GII AND THE SUBRECIPIENT. THE AGREEMENT SPECIFIES ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ORIGINAL AWARD AND THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBRECIPIENT TO GII. MONTHLY REPORTS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE SUBRECIPIENTS, REVIEWED BY PROGRAM AND FINANCIAL STAFF, AND ENTERED INTO THE GII GENERAL LEDGER SYSTEM WHEN APPROVED.
