Client Note 1 Client Note 1 - Form 990-EZ Page 2Part II - Balance SheetsLine No. 23 - Land and BuildingsDetailed historical property records have not be maintained by theKnights of Pythias. However, it should be noted that the rentalbuilding and the lodge building were acquired during the 1920's and1940's and are considered fully depreciated. Also, the Knights ofPythias received a donation of 20 acres of undeveloped land prior to1960. Since the rental building, lodge building, and 20 acres of undevelopedland were acquired so long ago, any corresponding historical landacquisition costs would currently only reflect a nominal historicalcost. Therefore, the Knights of Pythias have not estimated a nominalland value for Part II, Line No. 23.
