IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF THE OPERATIONS OF THESE AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS THERE ARE NUMEROUS INTER ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSACTIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE SALES, EXCHANGES AND LEASES OF PROPERTY, EXTENSIONS OF CREDIT, FURNISHING OF GOODS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES, AND TRANSFERS OF ASSETS. THESE INTER ORGANIZATION TRANSACTIONS PROMOTE THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND THE ATTAINMENT OF THEIR TAX EXEMPT PURPOSES.
