Part I, Line 1a	Deferred Compensation The Credit Union has initiated a non-qualified deferred compensation and incentive agreement to provide retirement incentive benefits for the CEO. The Credit Union segregated $1,000,000 into a trust account whereby the CEO will be entitled to the income earned on the principal deposit through January 2025, subject to certain employment conditions and committments. The Credit Union retains the rights to the principal balance, which will be released at maturity. The income (loss) incurred on the trust asset, and the corresponding benefit expense (income) amounted to ($2,889) and $125,809 for the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and are reflected in the Statement of Income. All trust assets are considered assets of the Credit Union.
