    EIN: 46-6358815
    Explanation:
The Trust holds a broad variety of investments, including investment in at least one partnership. Before preparing the return, it is necessary to receive the Schedule K-1 from the partnership in order to file a complete return for this Trust. That Schedule K-1 was not received in time for completion of the return by the original due date. An extension should have been requested, but for administrative reasons, that did not take place. Steps have since been taken to insure that if an extension is needed in the future, it will be properly filed. Because this foundation is a new entity, first formed in 2013, has always filed all reports on a timely basis, and acted in a timely fashion when all data was available to file the return, we respectfully request that no penalty be assessed for late filing of the return.
