Part X : FIN48 Footnote Uncertain tax positions - FASB ASC-740-10, Income Taxes, provides guidance for reporting uncertainty in income taxes. For the year ended December 31, 2014, the Credit Union has considered FASB ASC 740-10, as amended by Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2009-06, and determined that no material uncertain tax positions qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The statute of limitations for the Credit Unions Forms 990 for years ending December 31,2011 through December 31, 2014 remains open at December 31, 2014.
