There are currently three sets of family relationships. From one family, a mother, father, and son all serve as trustees. From another family, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law both serve as trustees. From the third family, a daughter serves as an officer, and a mother serves as a trustee. Prior to electing each of these family members, careful consideration was taken by the existing Dallas Theater Center Board Members.

EACH FINANCE COMMITTEE MEMBER IS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT AND TO ASK QUESTIONS RELATING TO THIS DOCUMENT. FUTHERMORE, AN APPROVAL OF THE DALLAS THEATER CENTER'S FORM 990 IS REQUESTED FROM MEMBER OF THE ORGANIZATION'S FINANCE COMMITTEE. ONCE APPROVAL HAS BEEN PROVIDED, A COPY OF THE APPROVED FORM 990 IS PROVIDED TO EACH MEMBER OF THE DALLAS THEATER CENTER'S BOARD OF TRUSTEEES FOR THEIR REVIEW AND COMMENTS.
