What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To serve as a medium of exchange of idea, information, and parts for admirers of the Model A Ford car and truck and to aid them in their efforts to restore and preserve the car and truck in its original likeness.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Enduring A's Ford Club meets monthly to discuss restoration techniques and ideas on how to maintain their cars, as well as make plans to attend car events, tours, and various auto swap meets during the year. Club members attend approximately seven swap meets a year, ranging in size from small to hundreds of vendors.The club visited an adult care center with their cars for the enjoyment of the residents. Members also toured in the old cars to Madras and Redmond, Oregon in 2014.Each November the club sponsors a large indoor swap meet at the Linn County Fair grounds. Club members volunteer their time to organize and run the swap meet. Around 4,000 people attend this event to buy and sell antique car related items. Proceeds from space rentals and ticket sales go to help pay for club events and operation expenses.In 2014 the club sponsored an automotive scholarship totaling $1,500 for [3] students attending Linn-Benton Community College. Also, the club donated $1,000 to The Pastega House, $375 to the Linn County Sheriff Reserves, $350 to the Albany Public Library, and $250 to NW Vintage Car and Motorcycle Museum in Brooks, Oregon.Form 990-EZ, Club PolicyThe club provides copies of Form 990-EZ to officers prior to filing.
