Form 990, Header, Line A	United Consumers Credit Union requested an extension because United Consumers was undergoing an external audit and Accounting department resources were consumed with data gathering requirements.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	United Consumers is a cooperative provider of financial services. Eligibility for membership to the credit union is based where your live, work or worship.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Annual meeting is held in February in which members can nominate and vote on the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Board of Directors discuss the Form 990 filing after submission to the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	United Consumers Credit Union is audited by federal and state credit union examiners annually. UCCU has an external auditor hired by the Board to conduct quarterly Agreed Upon Procedures. UCCU has an internal control associate that reviews and reports various activities on a monthly basis. Various executives perform independent tests of conflicts of interest throughout the year.
