TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY WITHIN THE INDUSTRY 2. TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE FRATERNITY AND GOOD WILL AMONG THE MEMBERS 3. TO ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY 4. TO MAINTAIN OUR CHOSEN VOCATION AS A RESPECTED PROFESSION AND INDUSTRY AND TO ATTRACT EMPLOYEES TO THE INDUSTRY 5. TO ENCOURAGE THE PARTICIPATION OF ITS MEMBERS IN RELATED BUSINESS ACTIVITIES 6.
