	The Association completed construction on the park and opened to the public in April of 2012. During 2014 the association received $75,515 from quarterly assessments. The Association had operating expenses as reported above and increased reserves by scheduled amounts for future repairs maintenance and replacements in the park. The association received quarterly assessments from 3 commercial tenants during 2014. The parks major annual expenses are for depreciation, insurance, landscape maintenance and utilities.
