It is then reviewed by the President & CEO before it is filed with the Internal Revenue Service. A copy of the 'as filed' 990 return is filed in "Information Available For Public Inspection" file located at the Company's administrative office where it is available for public viewing during regular working hours.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The Chief Operating Officer reviews all transactions for potential conflicts and is required to certify to the company's outside independent public auditors as to whether or not he is aware of any conflicts.
