Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	This is a sorority. Gamma Iota Chapter of Kappa Delta is one of 154 active collegiate chapters and more than 500 chartered alumnae chapters nationwide. There are nearly 230,000 members throughout the world. From the Kappa Delta website: The object of Kappa Delta Sorority is the formation and perpetuation of good fellowship, friendship and sisterly love among its members; the encouragement of literature and education; the promotion of social interest; and the furtherance of charitable and benevolent purposes.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	At Kappa Delta, the local chapter officers are appointed by the national chapter officers.New chapter members are recruited to be a part of the sorority every year. Kappa Delta's motto is: Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Sorority is made up of college aged girls as members who vote in elections for the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Every decision is made by the officers is subject to discussion and approval of chapter members.
