Federal income tax returns for the years ended June 30, 2015, 2014, 2013 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service, generally for three years after they were filed. An income tax position may create an income tax contingency for the Association. As of June 30, 2015, there were no income tax positions that created an income tax contingency.
