This is the first time that this organization has filed a late return. We request abatement for the following reason This is the first time that this organization has filed late and I will personally promise that it will not happen again as long as I am preparing their returns. The only reason it happened this time was because of a computer problem that I was having with the extensions. We hope that you will abate any late penalties and interest because of the financial burden that this would place upon this organization which operates a Serviceman club and donates most of their charitable gambling to local and state charities.
